Winter in Boston

As I strolled through the snowy streets of Boston in the winter, my heavy boots sunk deeper and deeper into the snow. The cold was making my cheeks and hands blue, but I went on. I stood by my camera in the cold, as to get the perfect exposure.

Today marks my first month in Boston, and while the transition from Jakarta’s hot and humid climate to Boston’s sub-zero weather has not been easy, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The calm streets of Boston are much more pleasant than the hustling and bustling streets of Jakarta, especially at night. Moving to a new place can be extremely scary, but I think that it’s the perfect opportunity for a fresh start.
